Fifth Grade Celebration

5th Grade Party 2024

5th grade party will be on Friday, May 31st.

• Don't forget to fill out the 5th Grade Party Form. 

• We are kindly requesting $40 from each family to support the event. Payment options: (preferred) Pay by card here, check payable to the Avoca PTC, or cash. Label your payment envelope with your child’s name and teacher. Have your child give this to their teacher, or Venmo @clarey2k and include your students full name. 

• Submit a 4x6 physical copy of your child’s kindergarten photo with their name on the back to your class teacher. Email a digital copy of your child’s kindergarten photo with their name in the subject line to avocawest2024@gmail.com. Please feel free to also add any other group pictures taken throughout your child's years at AW! These will be used for the video montage. 

Deadline for forms, payment and photos is March 29th.
