Year-end picnic - THURSDAY, JUNE 8th from 11:30am-1pm - Avoca West Park   

PTC provides pizza, plates and napkins for teachers, students, and volunteers.  Let us know if your child has a gluten-allergy as some gluten-free pizzas will be ordered. 

Each GRADEwill SHARE tables for snacks (i.e. they will not be split by classroom) in order to avoid having to turn kids away from a particular food.  Our list of volunteers for snacks and games s below.  Your teacher is always a great resource for suggestions/ideas!

*CLASS GIFT
We will present a classroom gift from funds collected at the beginning of the year.   

**REGULAR PICK-UP
All kids will return to their classrooms to finish the day with their teacher and classmates.  Normal pick-up times will occur at 2pm for Kindergarten and 3pm for the rest of the grades

***CLAP OFF
There is a "clap off" for the 5th gradersscheduled for a little before 3pm.  This Avoca tradition sends the 5th graders off to Marie Murphy in style.
