Avoca West Halloween Parties and Parade

All classrooms have Halloween parties, they are organized by the room parents and parent volunteers help by providing snacks and by bringing and attending games for the students on TBD. The students also parade around Avoca West on Halloween.

Winter Party

Held on the Friday before Winter Break begins (TBD), this fun party is run by the room parents at the end of the day to celebrate all of the students' hard work to that point of the school year as well as the upcoming holidays.
 

End-of-Year Picnic

The year-end picnic is held on the last day of school for all grades to celebrate the year (TBD). Pizza is provided by the PTC and room parents coordinate additional food, beverages and treats. Parents are welcome to attend and are encouraged to bring picnic blankets, games, etc.
