PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE CARE

Wed. Oct 22nd and Thurs. Oct. 23rd

The Glenview School Age Program, a program of One Hope United, is happy to announce that we will be providing care during the Parent Teacher Conferences on Wednesday, October 22 and Thursday, October 23.  We will be providing care for children in kindergarten and older.  We will be charging 6 dollars per child for up to a half hour of care.  This payment is required at the time you drop off your child.   Due to lack of interest in this program we will be closing our program at 6:00.  Care will not be provided for conferences occurring after 6:00.

If you are not currently enrolled in our programs there will be an emergency form that needs to be filled out before your child enters the program.  The program will be held in the North Gym of Avoca West School.

This program is being run along with the half day programs that we are already having.  The half day program runs from 11:15 until 6.  The charge for the half day program will be $33.  If you have teacher conference during that time care will be able to be provided.

We will also be holding a full day program on the Friday the 24th when Avoca and Marie Murphy are closed for the in-service training.  The cost for the full day program is $48.

Payment for the program will be required prior to the program being held.  We accept both checks and credit cards as forms of payment. Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash.  Prior registration for these programs is required.  To register please contact us at 847-998-7477.  You can also email us at jwarren@onehopeunited.org.
